1. Nature of Service & Disclaimer

Freemium (a service brand of Bharat Savvy Enterprise) is an independent private service facilitator. We assist applicants with offline application form preparation (Form 49A), formatting, and submission guidance.

Statutory Disclaimer: We are not a government agency or department. PAN cards are officially issued solely by the Income Tax Department of India through authorized TIN facilitation partners (NSDL e-Gov / Protean and UTIITSL).

2. Scope of Facilitation Services

We provide offline PAN application assistance for cases including:

• Aadhaar Mobile Number Unlinked / Inaccessible OTP cases.
• Minor PAN Card applications (Under 18 years, Representative Assessee required).
• Correction / Reprint / Offline Form 49A formatting support.

3. Transparent Fee Structure & Payments

The total fee for processing your application is ₹300 (Inclusive of all charges), structured transparently as follows:

• Government Application Fee (NSDL/UTIITSL): ₹107
• Form Generation & Assistance Service Fee: ₹193

Payments are accepted via UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM). There are no hidden or additional fees after agreement.

4. User Responsibilities & Document Authenticity

As an applicant using our facilitation service, you agree to:

• Provide 100% genuine, original, and valid identity/address proof documents belonging legally to the applicant.
• Ensure demographic details (Name, DOB, Father's Name) match supporting Aadhaar / Identity proof documents.
• Zero Refund on Fake Details: Submitting fake information or forged documents that lead to rejection by government portals (NSDL/UTIITSL) will result in immediate cancellation with NO REFUND.
• Acknowledge that submitting fraudulent or forged documents is a punishable offense under Indian legal statutes.

5. Cancellation & 100% Refund Policy

• Guaranteed Refund: If Freemium fails to generate and process your application within 48 hours of receiving complete and valid document copies, you are entitled to a 100% full refund.
• Non-Refundable Condition: Once an official NSDL / UTIITSL 15-digit Acknowledgement Receipt number has been generated and issued to you, service fees are non-refundable as government portal fees are non-retrievable.

6. Delivery & Timelines

Form generation is completed within 24–48 hours. Physical PAN card delivery to your address is handled directly by NSDL/UTIITSL via Speed Post (India Post), typically arriving within 7 to 15 business days depending on location.
